Clean and new and pleasant with some nice touches that were well thought out. The rooms are super compact with a few design elements that could use work. For example very cramped bathroom with no handle inside shower to open it, and a heavy extra door inside the main room door in Room 501 that makes it difficult to negotiate a suitcase. Nice touches include quality stainless steel kettle, dishwasher in the lobby (hopefully room mugs and glasses are washed in that) and hot/cold/sparkling water tap in lobby. Great basic hotel with nice up to date decor for a decent price and in Central London when you just need a clean pleasant place to sleep.

Excellent hotel which I would recommend to others

I had a lovely stay at Brit Hotels. The service was excellent and when I didn’t program the safe correctly, the manager was very patient in resetting it for me. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and the shower was good. There were ports for chargers which was helpful too. It was extremely quiet in the hotel and is in a safe area and I would definitely stay again. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on the last night of our 8 day vacation. The location was safe, clean, and in a cool area of Earl’s court. Unfortunately, there was no elevator in the hotel- it is in phase 2 of the construction of the hotel. This should have been made known during the booking process, as our booking was non refundable. My boyfriend and I had to carry 35-40 Lb luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room upon arrival and again to depart. Although we are healthy, others may not be and need to be made aware of this beforehand. Maybe they could hire someone to bring luggage up and down as a service to staying at the hotel? Otherwise- we enjoyed our stay

Had a wonderful stay here - the property is conveniently located steps away from Earl's Court tube station and is surrounded by numerous coffee shops and restaurants. The staff here are helpful and friendly (shout out to David/Daoud who was the BEST!) and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel was convenient to dining and shopping, close enough to the underground for moving around London. The hotel was clean, but small. I expected small, but not to the point of not even being able to sit on the toilet straight because it was no more than an inch from the wall. The shower pressure was fine, but the water temperature changed on its own so I never knew if I was going to get a cold shower with hot spots now and then or a warm shower with ice dips every so often. The first night, I didn't sleep for all the stomping and door slamming. Someone tried to enter my room and thank Jesus I had a personal door lock that I travel with. When I told the staff at the front desk, he responded as if I was crazy. Not reassuring for a single female traveler. I requested a chair for the tiny desk in my room so I could get some work done, never got it. I won't stay again. Note- the gentleman that was at the front desk when I checked in and checked out was great! It was the other guy that was not so kind. Wish I had gotten their names.
