All staff were very attentive, breakfast was great, and the room was clean with lots of amenities. The only issues were; lack of a two pin plug in the bathroom, a broken usb c plug on one side of the bed, no mirrors near plug sockets (could not easily style hair using a hair dryer), also the sound of talking and closing doors in the hall and talking outside the window was fairly loud. Despite these issues I would choose to stay here again.

My favourite London small hotel.

I stay here regularly, always a great welcome. Staff are excellent. Hotel is in a quiet residential area roughly halfway between Paddington station and Bayswater High Street. Plenty of evening options in both directions. Rooms are great, small bar works perfectly, food is good and free breakfasts are lovely.

Another wonderful stay at The Caesar!

Another wonderful stay at The Caesar. The newer refurbed rooms are beautifully decorated creating a very serene experience; absolute delight to wake up to. This time I had a room on the top floor which was very peaceful. I like the location because it's a quiet residential area, but close to the main parks, shops and restaurants, all walkable for me, but there are also lots of lovely local coffee shops, cafes and restaurants a stones throw away and are my favourite way to start the morning. The staff always very polite, professional and attentive. Its such delight to stay and I can't for a longer visit soon. Thank you for providing your guests with such a brilliant service.

Wonderful hotel near Paddington and Hyde Park

Great overnight stay

Great overnight stay. Room was newly refurbished and beautiful, facing Queen’s garden (I was upgraded on arrival). Only 10 mins walk from Paddington station. The room service was nice and good value. I had to leave early in the morning so I didn’t order the breakfast but everyone seems to enjoy it. I would be very happy to rebook here when I am in this area again.

Beautiful Hotel with Great Customer Service

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to get me into my room ASAP, and were great with local directions and help getting to the airport. The room was small, but efficiently laid out. Also, I really like the neighborhood next to Hyde Park and Paddington Station.
