Great stay

It was a brilliant stay the only criticism as I am a large person it it would benefit them to remove the glass shower screen as this makes using the toilet difficult. (Fyi the shower and toilet are a wet room so this is possible)

Since they are under maintenance, they should let guests know that we would be getting noise all day with hammering and other noise. Double bed room should be one double bed. You guys should not joing two single bed. how can you imagine guest does not feel uncomfortable while sleeping on the edge of two single bed.

It is a decent enough 3-star hotel with basic amenities, clean sheets every night and a comfortable bed and pillows. Hot water is consistent and they provide a kettle and hairdryer. When I checked in, I discovered that my room door wouldn’t lock from inside. It was a bit alarming because I was travelling alone, but they fixed it quickly, so it wasn’t too bad. The downside was the room’s soundproofing was somewhat ‘leaky’. I could hear my neighbours’ conversation through the walls at night. Luckily, they were quiet most of the time. Twice, I was woken up by this high-pitched shrilling alarm and I couldn’t find the source of it. I’m not sure if it was the room’s smoke detector alarm. It stopped just as sudden as it sounded.

(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed.

Excellent Hotel and Location

This is my go-to hotel while visiting London. The beds are extremely comfortable, they have excellent walk-in showers with both a rainflow and handheld shower head. The location is superb with Hyde Park within a minutes walk and there are two Tube Staions within a few minutes walk. As well there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on Queensway. The staff are wonderful, especially Ioana who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Not great, not terrible.

I do like this hotel, and I understand very well that it is under refurbishment. I have stayed here before and I am okay with the netting/scaffolding while they re-do things but when I book a room with a window and the window has supplies, boxes, and other objects stacked up against it -meaning I don't get any light at all, I feel it is a bit false to say I got a room with a window. Two of the lights in the bathroom were out, the button to flush the toilet was missing, and the bath didn't quite work. (you could have a shower but no bath.) Other than that the staff was friendly, the bed was pretty comfortable, and it is a centrally located place.

Expensive for what the introduce. Very dirty.

I have been stay in the hotel for more then 10 times, this time was the worst of all the first room was two small we couldnt go to the toilet, i had to cross over my friends to go, they change the room and we was told that they upgrade as to a premium room 😂 the new room was big enough for 2 people, but on the way to the room everything was dirty and nailon on the corridors floor the room has no heating the y add 2 portable mini radiator. It was a really bad experience this time. Of a dirty hotel. We ask the staf to booked as taxi to the airport an we was told that they can not find any available taxis for the next day.

I got upgraded to a junior suite, facilities were all fine but it wasn’t very big so I’m not sure what was different about it being a suite. The coffee machine? Tv? Ensuite? Not sure but the bed was comfy and had everything I needed for a one night stay after a works night out.
