Lovely hotel

Really nice hotel, good location close to tube stations, Hyde park and restaurants. Reception was big, open and clean, the hotel is undergoing renovation and all the areas i saw were new and nicely decorated. My room was comfortable, well equipped and clean.

We did enjoy our stay at this hotel but I am disappointed that it was not actually a king bed that we received that was advertised in the booking. It was definitely like a double bed, unless UK standards for a king bed are vastly different. Renovations are nice and staff were very friendly, I was just very looking forward to a king bed for our night after a long travel day.

Great location, clean, modern hotel

Nice hotel, great location, modern, clean. AirCon was a bit dodgy on a sweltering weekend. Only drawback were front of house staff. None of them could muster a smile or word of welcome between them. I was quite surprised. Only exception was exceptional barman who was lovely and helpful. Hotel being renovated but didn't impact on my weekend visit. Just a little customer service refresher may be in order and this place would be 10 out of 10.

The pictures from the website were very deceiving and misleading. When I arrived the bathroom was tiny and the bathroom shower water you have to soap up turn water off then back on or the shower would flood. Thank gawsh I’m small enough I could get dressed in the bathroom along with a board for a bed, also the a/c ticked all night and barely worked in addition to no channels on the tv unless you wanted to pay Netflix.

Great location

Excellent location, close to Kensington Gardens, transport, food etc. I was traveling solo and stayed in small double room which was small. Would have been cramped with two pps. Small hanging space was only space provided for clothes. Terrible light plastic drink cups for water, etc. Stayed three nights and no change in breakfast menu which was limited and boring. Excellent staff.

Newly renovated and clean property. As with any stay in a hotel there isn't real quiet but was mostly quiet when needed (during late hours). Still underground outside renovations during our stay but no major issues with that except the view.
