We had a great time my children are aged 6 & 7yrs so would definetly recommend. The early access to park was great bonus we managed to get on 5 rides. Also was lovely to have access to safari animals 6.30pm-7.30pm when park had closed which you access through hotel. Will definetly return

This room offered one of the best views of animal, was going to go in a jumanji room glad i didnt tou wouldnt have been able to see anything and this room is a fraction of the price. So if you want a room with a view these roomas are the best. Breakfast has to be book and so does swimming, but staff dont tell you, so please ask as they wont freely tell you, something i thing they need to work on is customer service, but hotel and room was great.

Room was lovely and clean and tidy, i asked and received a cooler (not a fridge). Only thing to note is if you do want to use the pool you need to book WELL in advance. As well as tables at the Zafari Restaurant. The Buffet at the Temple was good but its VERY expensive. Downside there was the refillable drinks you had to go outside the restaurant in order to go to the bar to get your refillable drinks. Which was a bit annoying

Hotel staff very unhelpful from the onset, had done a booking for two rooms next to each other and ended up split up a floor apart, generally hotel is looking tired. Didn’t get any information on booking in so struggled to book breakfast on first day, tip for anyone going you need to book breakfast, evening meal and swimming way in advance. Shared areas grubby and not very clean, restaurant food in the evening really poor quality and not much choice but extremely expensive! breakfast buffet was ok. Also really noisy, doors at ends of corridors slam loudly everytime anyone goes through and our room was above the maintenance area where they had a wood delivery at 7 in the morning throwing them onto the floor waking us all! The park itself was ok, queues mainly 90 mins at off peak time but lacked toilets and quite a few food outlets closed. It’s ok if you are happy with a very basic one night stay to go to the park /zoo but wouldn’t recommend more.

Loved our stay! So easy to access Chessington and loved waking up to animals outside our room window. Dinner and breakfast were yum. All staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
