good compact hotel , clean up to date fittings, great beds , small shower room but clean. missing small details, room was for 3 adults but only 2 cups, 2 glasses no tea spoons available when ask , not replenished teas / coffee. /milk ect , we stayed 2 nights just missing the little details

Basic room for a basic price - can't complain
I booked a basic room (NO AC or window). It was clean and comfortable and for the low price a room I paid for a room in central London I can't really complain about it. Only small gripe is the hair dryer didn't work but that isn't a biggie. Would book again.

Ideal for theatre trips
The room was nice and cleaned and everything worked. The weather was quite hot and a large fan had been provided which really helped keep the room comfortable. The room is ideal for a couple of nights away but would be a bit cramped if you stayed for a week. Bathroom nicely finished; the main room could do with a lick of paint. The location is ideal for visiting theatres in Victoria and there are plenty of choices for food and drink nearby to suit all pallets.

Good basic but small room. Convenient location.
The location was great. Our room was tiny but the beds were comfortable. The shower had some stains on it but otherwise the room was clean. It's a nice spot - not fancy, but comfortable. Lack of a/c was an issue and the room got very hot so we'd leave the door open when we were awake in the room to help with ventilation.

NOT EARLY CHECK IN , our airplane arrived early so we tried to do early check in since all we wanted was to lay in bed for a while , this hotel doesn’t do early check in like others do for a charge , staff were kinda rude , didn’t offer any help and went to sleep in front of us while we were standing there with all our luggage , not even a bathroom to use , the rest of the experience was meh but overall not friendly staff which is important when you’re in another country
