The location was convenient and the room itself was quiet, however, the room itself was so small. We barely had room to put a suitcase on the floor and to walk around it. Also, the bathroom is super small! You have to go over the other person to get in and out of the bed if there’s two of you.

Quirky and lovely, but maybe not for all

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby and quirky room features. The location was fabulous. The room temperature was very warm. We had the thermostat on the very lowest temp, but did not feel it ever reached the stated temp, nor felt any air flow the duration of our 3-night stay despite the fan on the highest setting. The toilet is visually private - you can see a shadow at most - but it is not sound-private. There is no vent/noise of any kind, so be very comfortable hearing even the slightest sound made at the toilet. No problem here with a small room but no option for the suitcase except the middle of the floor and moving it around the room throughout the day. Otherwise, we loved the lighting options, and the big bed was very comfortable. The service chat was unable to help us get the mobile app to work, and I think that would have been helpful.

Our room was not cleaned properly and there were hair all over (our own) which were not removed. Rooms are high tech and we liked that part a lot. Bed was comfy but only one way to get out of it because other 3 sides were next to the walls, which you don’t expect at this price.

This hotel is over-designed to the point of being counterintuitive. Signage is too clever for its own good and thereby confusing. The room had a very comfortable bed, but everything was controlled by an iPad - that didn't work. Breakfast offers a buffet with a good selection.

This is a convenient location, close to many great tourist sites. On the weekends, there is not much open around the area in terms of food. But aside from that - we highly recommend this hotel and location, especially for the room size, comfort and staff. All of the staff were excellent, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

a great budget hotel well located for tube transportation and several high profile arts organisations. Well catered for with bars and restaurants . Great welcome by staff and once I had mastered the iPad controlled features in the room, it was easy. Will definitely book again for a short stay

Hotel was lovely however it would be nice if the cleaners didn’t start cleaning rooms over a weekend at 7:30am and onwards as it’s very disruptive when trying to sleep - especially considering you’ve paid for this. This happened both mornings to us and we struggled to sleep past as they were making a lot of noise and doors were slamming.
