Hotel is well located, very close to the Victoria tube station. Walkable from the Buckingham palace, National gallery etc. Hotel lobby is a lively place with a bar, cafe and lot of seating for working and lounging. Rooms are well thought out: clean and comfortable. Blinds/lighting/temperature could be controlled via provided iPad or mobile app. The rooms felt a bit cramped though. Overall, would stay again.

The hotel was very nice. Good location being so close to Victoria Station and quite a few very good dining options. Would definitely stay here again. Only real downside is the bed is up against the window, so if you are traveling with a partner, one of you would have to climb over the other in the middle of the night - though that seems to be a theme in London

I really enjoyed staying at citizenm. It was right by everything and I’ve always felt safe, especially at night. They also had everything that I needed for my few day stay. I would love to stay here again when I’m back in London!
