Wonderful location right at the Tube and Tower of London, central for walking the city and tourist destinations. Great staff, nice lounge area with outdoor space. Cons: Room was comfortable though very stuffy! Window does not open and fan was minimal. Little to no privacy between from bathroom into sleeping area.

Staying for business, the room was £630 inc breakfast for 1 night!!, Yes the hotel is nice but i would struggle to justify the price, you check yourself in, the rooms are modern and comfortable and i had a great nights sleep, The breakfast was disappointing, having to wait 20 minutes for a latte is just not good enough and there were no plates or forks available at the time i arrived. Overall the staff were friendly, and the hotel is clean and modern i just question the Value for Money

Not ideal for less mobile oldies

Lovely hotel, great staff, good shower but I did not realise that there was only one side of the bed,so one of you had to crawl over the other person to get in and out of the bed. Maybe I should have looked at the photos more closely. As it was my husband had a heart attack and was hospitalised so there was only me on the second night. Also lovely quiet room.
