Highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Very modern, and although rooms may be smaller, they are really comfortable and technologically advanced. Lighting, air-conditioning, blinds, tv etc all controlled by an i-pad. Staff helpful and friendly. Underground station at front door so easy to travel around the city. Incredible views of the Tower of London and the Shard from our first floor room. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and the Citizen M concept

Okay so I’m going to start with the good points, the hotel itself was in a great location for us, very near to Tower Bridge tube station. The hotel was very clean. We didn’t have any contact with any staff, as it was self check in so can not comment on staff. The hotel room itself felt small, not enough surface space for anything a girls needs. The toilets and the shower are so close together, felt a little unhygienic. And my main grumble was there was no coffee and tea facility’s in the room. However the bed was super comfortable and I had a great nights sleep.

Excellent Stay! Highly Recommend

We had such an amazing stay and the late night hospitality was also incredible. We stayed out in the lounge downstairs and were served delicious snacks and drinks. We even asked for some board games to play in our room and they provided. Wonderful staff and such a quirky and vibey ambience of the whole hotel. Sadly could not make it to the rooftop bar area but we sure will next time :) The views from our bedroom were incredible too! Thankyou for an amazing stay!
