NO SIGN TO THE BATHROOM, HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MAN HAD ME WALKING ALL OVER THE PROPERTY LIKE AN IDIOT FOR AGES UNTIL IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I WOKE UP A GUEST AND SHE POINTED ME TO THE BATHROOM. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The customer service guy was somewhere on the other side of the world and sent me THE WRONG WAY bc his directions were WRONG.
We stayed on the second floor facing the street, very busy intersection and Borough station - very loud with street noises throughout the night. No lift which was tough but staff was great. Great beeakfastvpkacevroghtbnrcyvdoor!
