Great location, good value
Great value stay, great location. Room was small but perfectly formed. Spotlessly clean but the bathroom did smell like cigarettes every now and then unfortunately - guessing somebody in a nearby room was smoking as it wasn’t all the time. A baby cot was provided and it was also clean and ideal for the job. We used the Shackle app to check in which is great for avoiding the queue at the desk - they only ever have one person working so that can be super long if lots of people turn up at once. I would stay here again.

This property has a great location to a couple of tube stations. The room was a great size and very clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large variety. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

First time in London and this hotel was near all transportation. The only thing I did not like was no AC or fridge. They do supply fans! All the staff were pleasantly kind. I will stay here again when I return for vacation

The hotel was very close to the underground Piccadilly line that took me directly to Heathrow airport. I also enjoyed one of the few restaurants that were on site “Bloom”for delicious pizza.

Was not aware that hotel was so large. Very noisy and limited dining in hotel. No air conditioning and a small fan in room was inadequate. Had to open window which overlooked Bedford Way and traffic noise kept us awake most of the night. Will not stay at this hotel again.

really nice rooms, very quick and convenient service, check in on your phone and then your phone is your room key! so don’t have to bother queing for check in etc, makes the whole experience really quick and easy and our room was ready 4 hours before check in so we could just go in which was great!! would stay here again no questions!
