All staff were very polite & helpful, breakfast was lovely & room was good. However, the room was very noisy- you could hear the traffic and people outside as if the window was open (we did check it wasn’t several times!). Only downside to our stay.

Very Nice Facility, walkable to bus stops like 91,14,25 and Underground stations within 4-5 mins walk. We walked to and from Most of the top attraction in the city. The room we stayed double bed which was ok but the bathroom was a little tight.

The hotel was fine. Beds were very hard hurt both my husbands and my hips. The room was dark but it had a bathtub which was heaven for me. Not close to the city center so had to take Ubers to and from. Very good price though the restaurant food was pretty awful. Like a TGI Fridays in the states

Unfortunately let down by an extremely poor shower - modern bathroom, but very weak shower pressure. Not a fault, but seems to be the expected output of the low pressure shower system. Disappointing

Clean room,comfortable and very quiet for a good nights rest. A little hard to find entrance to city sleeper then seemed to get in wrong lift so went into royal national part of hotel and so unable to find room for a while.

Outstanding Hotel
Excellent hotel in a great location. It is close to three train/tube stations. Surrounded by restaurants. Close to a lot of pubs and fun things to do. Great staff. Very nice accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.
