Beginning to show its age, but staff are as always, knowledgable and helpful! Room suits my preference for functionality first, especially as a kind of home office. The in-room espresso machine is a kind of grace note. Much appreciated!

It wasn't a pleasant stay, the hotel is well located but on our last night we were several hours without water and electricity , we felt very disappointed that a Hotel in this location, and for the amount we paid didn't have a backup plan for a situation like this one, leaving us to the point that we couldn't even use the bathroom. Emergencies can happen but their plan was to provide us with a fluorescent stick to take the stairs. I initially sent a private message to the Hotel and they even bother to respond
