Divine hotel and fabulous stay
The location was perfect, easily accessible to everything, easy walking, easy to the tube. Wonderful room and love the tea in the lobby Staff was very accommodating

Club Quarters always delivers. The staff consistently went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfy and the location was great. Lots of eateries nearby, tube station a 5 minute walk, Covent Garden a couple minutes more. Plus, Club Quarter always represents great value, particularly in very expensive cities like London and NY.

The hotel was a quiet property which I found enjoyable. It was in walking distance to the British Museum which was a plus. Also, not too far from Fortnum & Masons which is a lovely highlight for any tea lovers visit to London.

Not good enough
The room was so small and very very dated nothing like the photos it’s advertised with Complained and moved rooms gave us one on the 9 th floor One of the lifts was broken so constant queue to get in it I waited with cases my husband did the stairs as it was ridiculous as you can I again going up 9 floors was not fun Again same size room we were so angry after paying nearly £400 No bar !! You have to go out of the hotel down the road to another place they recommended but again no details of this on summery of the hotel which shows beautiful photos of a bar Very upsetting worst hotel we have ever stayed in and premier in hotels are much nicer As you can see by my view from my window photo

Great hotel near the West End
Really a great hotel near the West End. Our room was comfortable, clean and modern. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet at the restaurant next door, and a very welcoming coffee or tea service in the lobby. The detracting issue was our room location - right past the lobby between the lifts/elevators and the door leading to the courtyard area which led to the restaurant hosting breakfast. We were awakened by guests exercising poor noise discipline to and from the busy areas outside our room. We recommend this and similar rooms be either refitted with noise abatement measures or converted into business spaces, meeting rooms, luggage storage (or anything other than a hotel room). Otherwise, this hotel was a great choice for our family trip to the West End. We'll request an alternate room next time.
