Overall lovely stay- would suggest staff explained what floor rooms are on rather than just a room number and show how the lifts work with door key? But would definitely come again

The Club Quarters hotel concept is the best! Sleeping rooms are fine. The best part is the Club Room, with comfortable living room furniture and a coffee, tea, hot chocolate. If you are working from the location it is a wonderful space. You can bring in take out and there are tables. It is quiet and a wonderful place to relax after a day of walking around London!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent in terms of walkability, proximity to attractions, and overall accessibility. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of choices. The staff is amazing! Especially Cameron - she went above and beyond for us, and we truly appreciate it. This was our first trip to London, and we will most definitely be back and definitely stay here again!

Had a reasonable stay at the Club Quarter. Hotel was ideal location for all that we needed to do in London as we were visiting St James’s Palace and the theatre. One complaint was that the house staff didn’t clean the glasses or cups and didn’t take all the rubbish which was slightly annoying.
