It was great. The room was comfortable but could have done with a re-fresh paint. Also there was a gap at the bottom of the door which let in the light from the hallway. Staff really helpful and polite and the breakfast was good too.

Not great, won't return

Cot for our baby was unusable - so uncomfy without a proper mattress. Heating didn't work so had to request a plug in heater which was dangerous to have in the room with a toddler. Shower wasn't very good. Room was very noisy both internally and externally. For the cost of the room it was appalling.

Aircon problem

The room we were staying in was very small and cold on arrival. The air con was set to 18degrees and could not be adjusted. We asked for someone to look into turning the heating on or supply another heater of some sort which they did. Didnt get much sleep due to aircon blowing on our bed all night and the room being ridiculously cold.

This hotel was so great. The location is absolutely perfect. Make sure you pack your walking shoes and you can get to pretty much everywhere in central London! Staff was also incredible. Also free laundry on the second floor if you have a longer term stay.

The room was spacious and clean and well kept. Our toilet didn’t flush in the room however. The lifts were very slow which was frustrating trying to leave the hotel in the morning during high congestion time. The refillable water bottles on the floor was a great idea.
