Newly renovated this is a lovely hotel to stay in! The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinning and shopping tips. Beds were comfy. Lots of hot water. Always appreciate mini fridge and microwave. There are 5+ chain restaurants across the street and Tim Hortons immediately beside the hotel. The staff recommendation of the Thai restaurant called Mango Salad in Ingersol was incredible. Highly recommend you go!!

Book this hotel near a wedding we attended. The ceremony started at 3:15pm and they were graciously about to accommodate am early check-in so we could get ready. Everything was as expected. Thank you Comfort Inn!

I've stayed here many times and it has been a good experience each time. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It's located directly off of 401 making it a convenient stop on a long car trip.

Front desk staff are great. Helped me out got me in my room early. Included breakfast was very handy. Location is good if you need to get to highway quick. Great location for the area. When there were issues front desk staff did their best to resolve. Having some growing pains, best choice in the area.

Southern ontario business trip

Nice, historic hotel and spa located conveniently. Located close to major highways, access is easy. Hotel was clean, rooms cleaned on request or every 3 days. Staff were friendly and accommodating, quick to answer any inquiries. Breakfast was included, basic continental breakfast which got a bit repetitive for the length of stay . Multiple fast food restaurants around, with a couple higher quality restaurants within a 10 minute drive)Small fitness facility on site (typical hotel equipment selection). All said, this was a good location for a longer stay, would definitely stay again.

Would definitely stay again. Biggest concern was the tv kept losing reception. Didn't matter what station it was on. Breakfast was very good with a very helpful and friendly lady working there.
