This property has 2, 3, or 4-star options. We booked the 4-star suite, but our room is in the basement level. I’m not sure if all the 4-star suites are in the basement, but I would expect higher star suites should be in the higher levels. It comes with some free snacks and drinks which is nice, but the suite is a bit small for 4 ppl. The room is generally clean and comfortable. It has a spacious common area but we didn’t have a chance to use it. The location is excellent with just 5mins walk from King’s Cross St Pancras station.

Everything was as advertised and then some. The room was great, small by design but it didn't feel cramped. The room layout made it feel bigger than it was. Everything was clean, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was all that I could ask for and then some. This is my second CitizenM visit. This one being the best to date.

Absolutely loved this hotel - we upgraded to a slightly bigger room with extra large beds. The room had a small kitchenette which was really handy and a complimentary mini bar with juice, soft drinks and water. Lovely comfortable beds, modern, very friendly staff. This property was by far our favorite hotel in London! The central community room with complimentary coffee made this property feel like home. The free in room snacks were a bonus, and the easy walk to the Eurostar made this hotel our favorite!
