The building on the outside is a bit disappointing but once ypu walk in that disappoint vanishes. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. And so close to the tube station!

The hotel was fully equiped for a short stay. I appreciate a kettle with tea and coffee provided and a fridge. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I could also iron my dress for the show , wonderful. A great hotel would recommend

We were looking for a Kensington hotel to visit friends, we have stayed in several Calthorpes in the UK, they have always been excellent so that's why we chose Calthorpe Kensington.

Family weekend.

The staff were helpful and the lobby was well presented but our room was extremely outdated. The shower flooded the bathroom floor everytime we used it. Some plug sockets were broken. There was a few small holes in the wall. The bed was comfy though. Our daughter’s travel cot was plumped up with towels and fleece blanket for a mattress which is not very sleep safe and can cause suffocation so took those out. The storage space was limited. It was clean enough.
