It was OK. The location is amazing and you cannot go wrong with High Street Kensington. The hotel is a bit aged, but everything was fine. Getting the right invoice for the breakfast was tricky, but at the end the gentleman in the reception managed.

First choice if driving into London

A busy hotel, but close to transport (buses and tube) and with an underground car park. Lots of dining options nearby and food stores. My first choice of places to stay when I drive into London.

I upgraded my family to a superior room and it was nice. All was well maintained. Bathroom could do with an upgrade, however it was clean. Service was a bit slow at the desk.

A great base for London. 5 min walk to Kensington high street, the tube and bus stop. The area felt safe. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, this is my second stay here and my only complaint is the breakfast is never hot enough. Overall a family friendly hotel in a great location
