Polite, efficient, helpful staff. Very clean. 2 good restaurants, especially the Indian was excellent. Great rooftop deck for viewing planes taking off and landing. Close to airport. Only one suggestion would be to remove the flashing twinkling lights from around the viewing railings, as it obstructs the view when it gets darker.

This was a last minute booking due to my flight cancellation and I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room was heavily stained and dirty, the fridge in the room does not cool anything and we asked if they could store our items which I was traveling with and they said they could not. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the shower head had so much buildup and had not been cleaned for a while clearly. For the price they charge and the advertisement and the state of the room i saw I was very disappointed and would not be rebooking this hotel if I were in this situation again.

I only booked because I had an over night layover. Hotel was great and the front desk staff was amazing. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was very helpful. The reasonably priced shuttle to the airport was great too.
