The property was lovely however a few things let it down. - Due to Heathrow issues on the 21/03, we wanted to extend our stay. The staff weren’t accommodative and directed us straight to online. It’s not convenient. We found accommodation and went to purchase, this was then taken. When checking out, I was behind a couple of that the receptionist went out of their way and said they will do their best and keep an eye on cancellations for them. Why wasn’t this extended to me? - Staff were ok…. But it wasn’t a Marriott service I was expecting - £15 pp for breakfast, it wasn’t really that good. Very basic - £
