The bed was very uncomfortable parts of the base of the bed were broken. There were stains on the bedding. The bathroom was so tiny no leg space between the toilet and the sink. I’m 5’10” and had to sit on the toilet sideways. It would only really suit a young child’s height. There was about 20cm gap between the toilet and the sink. The shower was also very tiny. The door to the room didn’t feel secure. There was no internal lock. It was noisy because of traffic. Light came through the curtains. The big mirror was really marked and needs replacing. I also saw a few long strands of hairs around the bedroom. Avoid this so called hotel. It was a complete rip off and I won’t be staying there ever again. I would have been better off camping. I now have bad back ache because of the terrible bed. AVOID!

The shower was way too small, we kept banging into the walls of the shower. The doors did not close properly md kept falling off. We had to request twice for fresh towels and then when it was brought, they were half sized.

Staff was kind, room was clean, fan and coffee provided was nice. We stayed on a Friday night, so a bit noisy with the police speeding by, but otherwise just a bit of street noise. I would stay there again.

Good hotel for the price close to Wembley
Surprisingly positive experience staying here. The staircase itself was worn and not very nice, but our family room had two queensize beds, 2 large mirrors, TV, good internet and the possibility to make tea and coffee. The walls and floors were brown, but it was clean and the bathroom was fine, but small. it was perfectly located a 10 minute walk to the Jubilee Line and from there only Four stops from Wembley, where we were going to a concert. So in terms of price and location, I would say that it is very good for the price and more than two stars.

Budget stay close to Wembley. It was convenient. It wasn’t clean however, and it was very noisy from the street and from others in the building.
