We were just passing through and didn’t expect much for one day, but wow, this hotel was awesome. Great customer service, everything you can think of was offered, the bidet was so useful, the espresso was so delicious and the free breakfast was so great, especially when you’re on the go. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Amazing Hotel
We stayed a total of 5 nights in late July, early August 2024. It is a business hotel, so we are not talking glamorous here. However, it is newer construction, the rooms are large by UK standards, very clean and it is value for the money. Definitely worth upgrading to an embarkment view room. The buffet breakfast is eclectic, American style food. The wait staff and the front desk staff are warm and professional. We also enjoyed the small gym. We walked everywhere, central location. The restaurant on the 8th floor is open until 2:00 am and the food is fantastic, as is the view. We will stay here again.

This is a great Hyatt location. Walking distance to some of the best historical monuments. It is great that they have a restaurant on the rooftop and a restaurant downstairs where you can watch sports.

Great stay at the Hyatt. The TV stopped working but we were swiftly moved and upgraded as a result. The staff from the offset were amazing, super welcoming and attentive and always very lovely and ready to greet you when you come back into the hotel. They initially put at dinner bill on my tab for 310 pounds. I did not have dinner at the hotel. at checkout I showed them and they assured me they would remove it from the bill. They didn't and charged me. I had to follow up. They did eventually remove it a few days later.
