It was attached to Heathrow Terminal 4 by a 5 minute walkway which was very convenient. The carpet and headboard in the room was very dirty.

A very welcome back after an exhausting trip abroad. Room was fine, with water and coffee making facilities. The breakfast bar is still very limited on fresh fruit, a point I mentioned in my review in June. The English language skills on Reception less fluent than that of the French staff at our Nice hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient access to Heathrow terminals by either a number of different buses or trains. Michelle in the lounge was very professional in looking after the guests. This is a great place to stay for an early morning flight departure or a late arrival.
