Room was fine, front desk staff were medium helpful, getting from terminal 4 to T2 or any other terminal could have been described more effectively, and even when asked it was not really an adequate description of where to go and what to do. As well found that while the food in the restaurant was ok, seemed a little pricey for the limited selection and style of hotel

Great hotel and very easy access to terminal 4. Beds, linens, and room amenities were great. Breakfast was also very good. Lots of choices. I was however a bit disappointed with the longer food service. Frozen burger patties and fries just didn’t cut it for me for the price point.

The room was clean; however, the carpets were filthy. I was educated in the hotel industry, and rooms like these should not be rented clearly not concerned with return guest as its a hotel airport.

The hotel gave excellent value. Spacious room and immaculate bathroom. Very handy to Terminal 4. Loved the noon checkout. A very relaxing way to depart on a flight. Delicious breakfast options. Nice bar and bar staff were excellent at night. Cons The bed duvet was too narrow for two people in a king bed. Six more inches width would have been great. And we are small people. Disappointed that we could not change the room to my husband's name and use IHG rewards. Overall, a great stay at Heathrow.
