This hotel was a great find/ entry in Victoria station and everything you need within. The staff were excellent and the room was gorgeous and comfortable . We had a suite with a separate bedroom and a very comfy bed . The outlook was very pleasant. The daily stocked mini bar included was a lifesaver after a long day exploring London. The Victoria line and others made travelling a round quick and convenient. This was rated as excellent and we fully agree

Perfect for resting before or after a long flight

This hotel is my go to when travelling to and from Canada. It’s comfortable, convenient and the service is always wonderful. After a long flight it so nice to check in and relax and catch up on sleep. I always check in for a rest before my flight home too.

The hotel is really convenient to Heathrow Terminal 4 and walkable thru a connected tunnel. It was a little confusing at checkin being that the Holiday Inn and the Crown Plaza are connected. I only stayed one night for an early morning flight. I didn’t see much but it was a restful night.

The stay was okay just the room wasn’t so clean. The pillows had loose hair and bathroom wasn’t very clean. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Seemed like the room hasn’t been used for awhile. Also there were many carpet stains and some damage along the walls. I recorded these images from my phone for my legal reasons. I’m sorry but I will no longer stay at crowne plaza for future stays. I paid for a suite and it wasn’t worth it. Do better please.

Booked a room with kingsize bed but was allocated a twin room so had the hassle of moving to the correct room. Was told the room was an upgrade but I’m not convinced that is fact. The room was in a poor state of repair & general maintenance, the TV which was wall mounted wasn’t working, the lamp on the desk wasn’t working & the desk was broken underneath so not safe to sit & use without injuring legs/ankles. The shower door didn't close so water all over the bathroom floor. The maintenance man came & fixed the TV & the desk lamp after my call to reception but the other issues remain. As a one night stop for an early flight out of T4 it’s ok but as there are other options for a direct walk link into T4 I will be using one of these next time.
