I loved my room on the 6th floor with direct view of the Post Office Tower. The bed was unbelievably comfortable - such a thick mattress! The room was spotlessly clean. The only weird thing was the hairdryer is fixed into the drawer of the desk which is fine however there was no mirror . The nearest one being at least 6ft away and attached to the wall so I had to style my hair with no mirror. Result - not great!! But otherwise I would definitely stay at Crowne Plaza again. The room was really quiet too.

Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 older children age 14 and 12 and couldnt fault the cleanliness and room quality for a 2 night stay. Plenty of breakfast choice, central location , good pub opposite. so much choice when looking - 10 min walk to russell square station so would highly recommend for the very reasonable price !!

Friendly staff at check-in. The room was ready before 3 pm, which we appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok, but the scarmbled egg was cold. Good variety of food and fruit juice was nice. Seated quickly despite it being peak time for breakfast. Further than I thought to Kings Cross tube, a good 15/ 20 minute walk. Would probably stay there again though.
