Why no toilet brush
There was no toilet brush in the shower room. I have a medical condition that I do not want to share with strangers. I had to clean the toilet bowl using paper, then wash my hands deeply after each visit to the toilet. The wash basin did not have any way of plugging the water. Therefore to have a shave I had to leave the hot water running constantly. How is this eco efficient ?

The hotel was great. Really welcoming friendly staff on arrival. The room was stylish, had all the amenities and comfy beds. Easy location and great for shopping and good connection to the rest of London.

Love this hotel soo much! Stayed here for a second time and it’s us just perfect in every way! Was able to request late check out at 1pm , was clean, bed is so comfortable it is just great, will defo be back Just wish the tv was smart as to allow streaming

Luxurious room
The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. The mattress and pillows are very good quality. The interior design is classy. There is airconditioning which is really quiet. If you need a good night's sleep in style, this would be a very good choice.

Room was nice with good quality products and a comfortable bed. The hotel food for an evening meal was not good and expensive for the quality. We had travelled far in lounge wear and very clearly did not get the same welcome at reception as the people behind us. The general location around the hotel felt very empty and slightly eerie. Picked the hotel on location for an onward trip from st panc station but would not return due to reception staff and food quality.
