I had originally booked a three-night stay at The Gantry but ended up needing to cut the trip short by a day. Before arriving, I reached out to both Expedia and the hotel to try to amend my reservation. At first, due to the cancellation policy, it seemed like the change wasn’t possible—but thankfully, after Expedia spoke with Alex, the manager on duty, everything was sorted out smoothly. No much drama, or stress—just how we like it!
When I arrived, Bahja welcomed me at check-in. Although my booking still reflected the original three nights, she quickly took care of it with professionalism and a smile. Throughout my stay, Bahja was incredibly accommodating. At checkout, both Bahja and Khalid were equally helpful, wrapping things up with the same warm service.
I’ve been staying at The Gantry for years as a Hilton Honors member, and it never disappoints. The hotel is plush, the location is unbeatable, and the staff always go the extra mile. I’ll definitely be back—hopefully for the full three nights or more next time!
