The property was very clean. The rooms were a bit run down. Needing to be fixed up. The bathroom door was real old and rough. The shower pull knob was always up. No plug on yhe sink. The curtain on the patio door would not close all the way. A hook was broken off and at night you could see light coming in. The beds very very different. One was soft and comfortable and the other o e was very hard and uncomfortable. Had 2 nights of bad sleep.

Its all you need, a bed for the night and pool to cool off. Great breakfast thats well priced (separate from the hotel). Friendly staff and clean rooms. Between 75 and 100 dollars a night depending on time of year and length of your stay

Should be condemned

The hotel is in terrible disrepair, broken plaster and holes in the walls. The beds were broken and sharp pieces of metal bed frames were sticking out and my son scraped his leg on one. The hallways looked they hadn't been vacuumed in months and our room reeked of some scented product, probably trying to cover the obvious smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Our shower had exposed plumbing due to a huge hole in the shower and the water pressure was non existent. I'll sleep in my car before I ever return to this dump.

Great staff that was very helpful! Depsite being non-smoking, there was a strong culture of it near the pool and on the room patios (NOT the hotel's fault). A non-smoking building is very important to my family (no judgements if you smoke), so when mentioned to the staff at the front, he was so helpful. Despite his warning, people still smoked by the pool, so rather than bothering him every time, I just kept my kiddo by the far end of the pool. Very grateful for his help.

Room was clean but the hotel it self is outdated and dirty. The unit that they have for Ac and heat is way too small, with it being hot outside and the AC unit not being able to catch up i can imagine what it would be like in the winter but also i wouldnt want to stay there again not worth the money.

Incomplete renovations

The room I was not fully renovated. Walls needed painting, some fixtures needed to be replaced, door to the room was the only one on the floor that was not painted. Many areas in the hotel were in poor shape. Carpet and floors in hallway and walls.. looked in disrepair. Should have asked to move to another room. Bed was clean and comfortable.. the only saving grace. This room should never have been offered. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially at the price I paid for this stay.

I was told by an agent on their 800 number that breakfast is free, upon check in was then told it's not free. The air conditioner was loud and tried turning it down that didn't work. Also, there is only 1 mirror in the room, which located in the washroom. And no elevators for my senior parents as well.
