The Delta hotel is enjoyable, looks like a small castle. It has a good mix of modern upgrades and charm. Excellent location in downtown London.

After we checked in, we went to our room and discovered it hadn't been made up yet (unmade beds, not cleaned). Front desk gave us another room. The inside of its fridge was dirty. Our TV didn't work. We couldn't view any channels. Apparently, the TVs weren't working in any of this hotel's rooms.

Beautiful hotel. You get a surprise when u have to park. Your paying no matter what. Also the surrounding area is filled with drug addicts and homeless people.

Hotel was located in a convenient area for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was well kept and our kids enjoyed the pool. Room service was also convenient and fast after a long day of travel, however, one of the meals we ordered could've been better (rice was overcooked and made worse with too much sauce). Only parking option at the hotel is valet parking ($39.95/night + tax), but decently priced and easy to request. Overall, pleased with the experience and would stay again!

J’ai séjourné plusieurs fois à l’hôtel Delta Hotels London Armouries, et ce fut toujours un plaisir. Le personnel, que ce soit à la réception, au bar ou au restaurant, est très sympathique et attentif aux clients. L’établissement est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. C’est un hôtel chargé d’histoire, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Même si les chambres restent assez standards pour un hôtel Delta, elles sont toujours très propres.

Unique property right downtown. Plenty of parking options. Can't beat the location. Staff was above and beyond friendly and courteous from start to finish and that really made the stay stand out. I thought maybe it'd be noisy but it wasn't and I had a great sleep!
