Staff were unhelpful. Not happy to resolve issues. Resolve 1 issue just to laugh when ypu report further issues. Fruit flies coming through the sink, hair, dirt. Pool isnt cleaned either. Food comes out raw so avoid the eggs. Stay ended early. Travelodge is cleaner and quieter!!

Excellent property and staff extremely friendly and helpful. I did say a couple of days ago that the shower wasn’t hot , however that was my mistake so I retract that. The only issue is that we weren’t told we wouldn’t be able to use the swimming pool until after 1pm until we actually went to use it around 10am .

Good stay.
When I saw my room was like an outdoor chalet I was a bit concerned, but it was warm, and well furnished inside. The only negative was the bed which had two single mattresses pushed together as a double and these were really soft and saggy, whereas the pillows were like rocks. Restaurant had a good selection including an Indian menu and breakfast was nice. EV charging in the car park was a bonus.

Don’t come here if you are a tradesman with a van. Mine was broken into on the first night as the car park is poorly lit! Staff didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t look at cctv. Room was ok but noting to shout about. Tea and coffee didn’t get topped up in 3 nights of staying here. Pool area is disgusting. I went in the sauna and there was brown sludge on the floor.

Pleasant hotel but banging doors!
Overall the hotel is decent. The bar is lovely. We didnt eat there only drinks but its a nice place to sit. The room I had was very small. Luckily I was on my own as I was travelling for work but there wasnt much room. My biggest problem with the hotel was the noise. Every room door bangs and the walls appear to be very thin. This means that when anyone else on the floor is up so are you! In my case that started at around 5:50am and continued all morning with people going back and forth. Maybe some soft close doors are the answer here?! I stayed here 2 nights and by my return home I was super tired! It is a shame as the bed was comfy and the shower was very good in the room.
