Very disappointing
Booked a room which was very basic on arrival. Got into bed and tt was soaking wet. Bar attendant tried to say theceiling had leaked but top of the bed was dry. Sheets were sodden Moved into another room much smaller and not ideal No apology from the team or anykne to talk to when we left in the morning

I loved this property, it was quirky and really comfortable, the bedding was amazing and I would happily steal that quilt, but we couldn’t turn the temperature down in the shower and there wasn’t a lift, so no good if you have any mobility issues, luckily we don’t, but really loved our stay

It wasn’t far from an underground station, so it was easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Small but comfortable
The room was small but comfortable. I found it a bit odd that I had to climb over/round the toilet to access the giant shower, and then lean over the toilet to wash my hands in the Integrated Combi Close Coupled Toilet and Basin. I booked the room to stay in after attending a works event so this worked well for one night.

The too was smaller compared to the US, but it was big enough to fit a queen bed. The windows had blinds that closed by remote. They were doing construction outside sounded like a jackhammer every morning around 7 (weekdays). Check in was easy and very helpful.

Check-in was a little frustrating (busy bar staff have to come around to a side desk to do it) but they were very friendly. Small, pleasant room with a lovely comfortable quilt. Bedside lamp did not work but this was a minor quibble. Heard no noise through the night despite rooms being above a busy bar. Would stay here again for sure.

Locked out of room/pub/hotel for the night
Locked out on return to the accommodation at 12:32 am. We were shown where we could get in after hours and given a card to get in. It didn’t work and we have to spend hours trying to find another hotel and pay over the odds for it. Yes I received a refund but this doesn’t cover the time we spent finding another hotel and paying for that. Would like a refund for the other hotel i also paid for.

Small room. Staff was friendly. Pizza was good. I waited several hours to check in... I was early to arrive but, I think they could have got me in. The very young staff seemed afraid to do so- like they were breaking a rule. Place is dated. Overall...it's a good place for a young solo traveler.

A ce prix là, il ne faut pas s'attendre à des miracles. Les plus : le pub, les transports, le personnel très accueillant. Les moins : le bruit (la musique c'est normal pour un pub et on sait qu'au plus tard à minuit ça s'arrête, en revanche la clim ou je ne sais quoi, c'est plus pénible). Le lavabo se trouve au dessus des toilettes donc pas vraiment pratique pour se laver les dents.

Great location and price
Cherry is a great place to stay not-very-far from central London and Liverpool St station. Staff were really friendly and the room was small but had everything I needed. An en-suite is a rarity in pub rooms. This and the decor gives it a boutique hotel feel rather than pub accommodation.
