Hotel is in OK condition. Upon my arrival though, after 12 hours of travel, I found blood in my sheets. Although they were replaced, there was no apology or concession for the gross oversight. I also did not know there was a night club or bar located in the hotel. There is no separate entrance for this….

Good option

Handy location, modern hotel, well equipped and comfortable rooms. Staff attentive and welcoming. Bar on roof has a great view and vibe, although a bit pricey. Breakfast was very good quality but let down by limited choices and frustrating service.

Have already recommended it to friends!

Had a lovely stay for a week with my sister. Room was compact but excellent. Had great in room amenities such as mini-fridge and good quality hair dryer. Service always excellent coming in and out. Really convenient being next door to a tube station with frequent trains. No problems with noise must be well soundproofed. Lots of places to eat from casual to fancy within a 10 min walk. We ate in the restaurant on site one night and it was great quality and value. We also had drinks one night in the rooftop bar - although it's a separate business to the hotel but we found them very nice too. We just got the lift up and got a table - though it was a Thursday in February and I believe demand is higher at other times of the year. Gorgeous cocktails and views. All round great. If the hotel wanted to be PERFECT a couple of tiny things like coat hooks on the wall inside the door, a locker or table for the second side of the bed - maybe one that could be stowed in the wardrobe as it's probably a space issue? - and maybe a second foldable luggage rack would have made it flawless!

A heavenly stay at Hotel Saint

Hotel Saint was heavenly. From the robes to the sheets to the chic lobby, rooftop bar and kind staff it was everything I look for in a hotel. Can't wait to go back.

Staff were excellent. Very inviting and professional. The room was really nice with lovely soap and shower gel in the room. The reason I have four stars for the facilities is because the iron was pretty dreadful. No steam on it. Just heat. I had to pour water on my clothes and iron over them to try and get the creases out. Very poor for such a nice hotel.
