Check in staff member was lovely. Our room was spacious, weirdly though a third bed (for which I had booked for) was not made up and we had to call the staff. Otherwise hotel is lovely.

I have been several times at Dorsettt , loved everything about it. The manager at catering is very kind and you feel welcomed all the time. One issue that need to bee mentioned here, the ventilation system was not good in most rooms. I had to swap my room to another one.

3 stars but fluffy towels

We checked in after a night on the town and our reservation had been wiped- luckily the front desk fellow was able to get it reinstated and although we waited a while we were soon in our very small room...although it had everything we needed it was tiny. The shower was good and the towels were fluffy but the lack of close parking was an issue for me as it was a 20+ minute walk to the shopping centre's parking and I don't have the best mobility.
