- Staffs are nice and very professional. - Housekeeping staff clean the room everyday. - There is a Tesco and Train station near by. - we requested for early check-in and when we reached room was ready.

This was perfect for our needs. Close to our friends place and right beside Imperial Wharf train station and about 20 minute walk to the nearest tube. We would definitely stay here again.

When a hotel changes the standard

There is nothing I have but splendid words for this hotel. Utterly amazing and the service was just on point. Even late calls to room service were treated with the same attention you’d expect during the day. The room was completely as advertised to the T, coupled with a nice viewing selection, kettle and cups for a late night drink and so much pleasantries. I’d definitely stay again
