Upon arrival we looked for a washroom before checking in as our journey was 3 hrs. The washroom on the 2nd floor was dirty, no toilet paper in 2 stalls, water would not turn on in middle sink to wash hands, and no soap in dispenser. Not a good way to start an overnight stay. We also did not realize that there was no parking other than paying an extra 50.00 a night for someone to park for us. We were told it would take a while for him to bring the car to us when we needed it because you were extremely busy. The room was great, nice and clean and perfect.

I did not like the fact we had a small table and 2 chairs instead of a comfortable chair. It definitely took away from a good experience. They were not comfortable. The only thing that was comfortable was the bed and you don't want to be lying on the bed all the time.

The staff was exceptional, probably the nicest and considerate hotel staff I’ve met. The rooms seemed old and dingy. I didn’t like the valet, I don’t want to wait for someone to get my car and park it for me. There is self parking a little bit further and the valet service is because parking can be kind of tricky because of the location of the hotel. But they hang onto your keys and when I insisted on getting the car myself, they refused. I did not like that at all.

One nite.

We were there for 1 nite to attend a concert. Called ahead for an early check in-was given it after a bit of persuasion and only 50$(really more like $70 after all the fees-worth it???) Hotel is being updated, our room was not. Toilet was a challenge. Not any staff interaction other than check in. No presence of a team…Good location, no on site self parking, valet only(40$). Beds were very comfortable, classic Hilton, room was decorated in the 90’s. would I stay here again? Price is everything and updated rooms are important…

Great downtown hotel. Walk to Rock the Park. Friendly staff. On site restaurant convenient and very good. Warm cookies on arrival a nice touch. My room was ready early as well. Much appreciated. I had a great stay. Five stars.

The Double Tree Hilton staff was very receptive and professional. We asked for extra pillows and they were brought up immediately. The pool area was quiet, we were the only ones there. The room was clean and the shower had good (not great) water pressure. The beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located close to many restaurants and other attractions.
