I stayed there for a night, but it was a frustrating experience. The frequent faulty fire alarms in the middle of the night disrupted my sleep. The reception service was unresponsive and unprofessional. Before checkout, the housekeeping staff approached us for an earlier checkout, despite the “do not disturb” tag on the door.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel put on a ferry service over to Canary Wharf, which we used a lot and worked well. The room was clean and all amenities were there, complete with lovely views of the river and Canary Wharf. Breakfast was tasty, parking was easy and cheaper than other areas. Would 100% recommend the hotel.

A great weekend

The room was very cosy and comfortable which suited me as i was a solo traveller. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were all very helpful too. The hotel restaurant and bar have an anazing view of the Thames and Canary Wharf. Also the C10 bus stops right outside the hotel and is very regular going to Canada Water and Vuctoria Coach station so it is very convenient for getting about. The area around the hotel is nice with lots of nice green spaces and doesn't feel like being in a city at all.

Not good enough for a Hilton

Not a good enough Hilton hotel for the price charged - large room, comfy bed but tiny bathroom, not fit for purpose in a family room, no bigger than a cupboard. Hairs on the floor that weren’t ours:.. Good breakfast. Not very good staff - unhelpful and unwelcoming on check in. Staff make all the difference to a stay… Free Hilton boat to financial district was cool and view from the window out to the Shard saved the day. Wouldn’t stay again
