Great location. Super close to Angel and Kings Cross stations. Very nice hotel staff ( thank you Joshua) and many many great Italian restaurants, German bakeries around the location. Also farmer’s market on Saturday is a wonderful experience.

I had a business trip to London and I stayed here for a couple of nights. I found the room clean and tidy and found the staff helpful when I talked to them. I would stay here again if I want a hotel near to Euston or Kings Cross.

Friendly and welcoming

We were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff at breakfast were very attentive and welcoming. The room was new and modern and the air con was great. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to London.

This is one of our worst stays in a hotel. From the beginning, a very rude and unwelcoming receptionist called Eleni dumped our bags on the reception floor. She was called, did not greet us and there was a guest in a lobby complaining about a missing bag. Another receptionist interrupted our interaction with Eleni, asking if the bag was found. We asked if there is an issue with storage here and the two receptionist denied everything and were smirking at each other. My booking could not be found, Eleni did not understand the spelling of my name and was abrupt and we felt extremely uncomfortable. As we were rushed by her when dropping off bags m, I cut my finger and started bleeding, we reported it to the reception but were only given a plaster when I asked for it. This was not reported or first aid offered. When we checked in, the room was not cleaned and a long hair was all over the shower floor. None of us have long hair! The kettle would not switch itself off and kept boiling the water, which made the handle extremely hot! I have burned my hand! I gave immediately reported it to reception and I did not receive apologies. The room phone was not working so I had to go go downstairs multiple times. A member of housekeeping arrived, saying that she will mop the floor for us. It was after 8pm, the room should have been cleaned on arrival! And later a door handle for the main door fell off and we could not get out from the room. We had to move at 10pm! I want my money back!

Wonderful and very attentive staff....top marks for their helpfulness. Very good breakfast and breakfast facilities- shame I had to rush off and couldn't really relax to enjoy it. On the down side....minor things 1) was the noisiness of next-door pub (Saturday night revelries!) 2) was the bed - I am not always a great sleeper and could not entirely relax due to next day's challenges ahead. This is common to lots of hotels: not enough 'weight' in bed over-sheets, plus they always tuck the sheets right hard under the mattress so you can't pull them out a bit and adjust the top sheet over your head and shoulders, as you'd like. Pillows, although I used an extra one from wardrobe, too yielding (I like firm, plumped up pillows). As a consequence, I had a very poor night's sleep indeed. At least, the room was not overheated, which was a plus. The above said, this did not mar the overall hotel experience - though sorry, I don't feel able to give it 'excellent' grading

The staff are incredible. I had a foot injury on the 2nd day there and the front lobby staff were incredibly helpful in getting me some ice and some medicines from the nearby stores. I would like to thank Robin, one of the night lobby staff on March 28th, who surprised me with her helpfulness and willingness to find solutions! Thank you, Robin! It's employees like you who give Hilton such a great name! And a brand I trust. I typically stay at this Hilton whenever I come to London for business every quarter. Thanks, Robin!
