Fantastic staff with attention to detail. Loved the welcome cookie too! Super at allowing us to leave our bags prior to and after check out. Glocester Road tube station is across the road which made it easy to get to locations for sight seeing and shopping.

A wonderful stay

We had the most wonderful stay here. It was my husband's birthday and the hotel acknowledged this perfectly with little treats. The room was perfectly clean and a great size for our family of four. All the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The location is excellent for getting around and seeing all the sights with Gloucester Road tube station across the road. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Family trip to London

We stayed here for two nights and the hotel is modern and clean. The room was comfortable and a decent size for us and our toddler to stay in. Amenities were what you would expect for the room (kettle, coffee/tea and toiletries). The staff were incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel included. For any light sleepers I would keep in mind that if you have a room at the front of the hotel the road can be quite noisy, but this didn’t impact my trip in a negative.
