The hotel is under renovations and no hall for dining.
They will deliver the food in your room and their rooms is very tiny, staff is not helpful and a but rude...im not going back this hotel

The hotel put us in a basement room crammed very small with low ceiling, my son and partner are both 6 ft tall, air conditioning very old and loud, and damp with blown walls.
Transferred to new room with an unclean bath. Pubic hair found on floor and bath.
No pillow liners.
Air con again old couldn’t have it on it was too loud so room was hot and stuffy.
Staff were very sombre and uninviting.
We complained to the front desk about the air con and was met with a near aggressive response. Not their problem get on with it attitude.
Generally the hotel looked old , tired and dated. So were the staff.
Personally it was awful it was not an enjoyable experience. Did not have a good sleep.
I would like to request a full refund.
£136 for one night in a place like that is extortionate.
I will not recommend this hotel.
On leaving I asked for a complaint form and was told they did not have any not good practice.
I hope that you look into this further.
I have booked many a wonderful holiday and breaks with Expedia and was quite shocked you would have this hotel on your site. The hotel advertising is very misleading, and it doesn’t say that trains will start running from 5.00am right passed your bedroom.

The room given had a flight of about 10 to steps down as you open the door to the room. Not ideal if you have luggage. Bathroom was moldy and wouldn't drain, and hair was floating out of the drain.
Breakfast was horrible. It was billed as a complete breakfast and all that was available was dripped coffee, hard boiled eggs some defrosted pastries and augar loaded cereals. I stayed here 4x before and somethings have drastically changed for the worse. Not the same amenities. I felt bad for the front desk staff as they seemed to be dealing with a great deal of complaints.
I stayed there in 2016 which was fantastic, this stay in 2024 I was disappointed. The rooms were uncomfortably small and the 3 choice breakfast was terrible that I couldn’t eat any of the 3 options

Great location. Friendly staff. Bed not the best but ok for a couple of nights. Room clean. Would have preferred a continental breakfast instead of set menu.

Property easy to find. Cosy room could hear the tube but found quite comforting.
U fortunately the air was not working and we were on the 4th floor. They did supply a fan upon request but nothing ever communicated about whether it would be fixed or what they could do. The room and bathroom were very nice so we stuck it out. Sleeping was rough
AC was broken and receptionist kept telling me different days it would be fixed. The AC never got fixed during my time and the room was very hot. The elevator also did not work.
