This was my first trip to London and DUKES made it amazing! The staff was so helpful. We reserved a set up of a picnic in the park that was right out of a romance novel at a park near Buckingham Palace. Highly recommend

Beds are just old. Bar may of been great 75 years ago with Ian Fleming, now just living off nostalgia. There is no 5 star service here. Read page 2 of reviews to get actual description of hotel. I sat at front desk and watched main guest service rep tell same story 4 times. The bar man said hotel overbooked so my fault can not have a table. Really! For this price I have stayed at much better quality in London.
