The Ember Locke Kensington is chic with a laid-back vibe, and genuinely kind and friendly staff. The duplex room was unique, spacious, and well appointed—just the right amount of low-key luxury, and well worth the upgrade. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Upgrade to a duplex and enjoyed the extra space. So many highlights of London are walkable and the tube not far. Staff were very helpful. Coward in the bar and restaurant are on the younger side but so many amazing options close by.

The hotel was interesting with a huge restaurant on the lobby floor that we didn’t try until our last day and it was excellent. We found it odd that for a 1 week stay, we were told right off the bat that they would not be cleaning our room during our stay, but we could ask at the desk for anything we wanted. It worked fine - we ran out of toilet paper and asked at the desk and they sent it up. The breakfast bar seemed to be under staffed - we tried a couple of times to grab something on our way out, but we skipped it and went across the street. Overall, we had a nice quiet, rested time there.

Great location and nice style. Could be great with more attention to detail and some changes. There needs to be better airflow in rooms, and the lighting in rooms is so dim it is hard to see, never mind do work or read.

Only stayed one night, but location was great with access to a train station. Close to Hyde park if you wanted to walk. Room was spacious and really well decorated. Loved the addition of pots etc if we stayed longer and wanted to cook. Didn’t eat at the hotel but restaurant was vibrant

Great hotel for a Couple’s Vacation!!

Room was clean and well decorated. The bathroom was a good size, with a nice sink and shower. Plenty of towels and more available upon request. Cleaning was once time mid week, but additional cleaning could be requested. Fantastic food onsite. Location was easy for transport.

Loved the aparthotel, and having access to laundry and a mini kitchenette. Room and bathroom were both spacious, well decorated and felt like I was staying at home. Loved the small touches in the lobby/bar area and close proximity to Earl Court station made it so convenient to get around London. Will definitely choose a Locke next time I'm in Europe!
