My room was awful. Hot water was hit or miss. I had to step up more than one foot to enter the tiny bathroom. No soap in the shower. No clock, no kleenix. The worst hotel I have stayed in in many years.

Receptionist was super friendly, however the door handle to the room lifting off the door on both sides, no control over room temperature, bathroom fan sounded like it could come away from the bearing at any second. I thought I'd be helpful when leaving and strip the bed, only to find stains all over the duvet and pillows, which was rather grim to see. Looking at the positives, there's loads of shops closed by and it's a 5 minute walk to Victoria Coach station.

Good Hotel

Good budget hotel. Get exactly what you pay for. Good location for travel as close to Victoria stations. Clean enough. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Only major issue was I booked a double room but was given a twin room with two beds.

There was mould in the room, carpet hoovered but heavily stained. No bedside tables looked like a chair in room had been used to put things on due to no bedside tables and this was also heavily stained. Wasn’t expecting luxury but expected it to be clean and definitely mould free.

Nice and helpful staff, there was no light in the room for the first night, the staff said they would fix it but nothing changed. The next day a very nice gentleman fixed it. There was also very small bathroom, you could barely open the door. Unfortunately it was not possible to have breakfast, before covid it was possible. Great location, grocery store around the corner, 5 minutes to the coach station, many communication options.

Not awful, but not great. Doors were old and thin, so it was quite noisy. Bathroom was basically a giant plastic portaloo put in a room. This place was perfectly good enough for one cheap night, but I wouldnt have wanted to stay for two.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms were ridiculously small. When sitting on the toilet, my knees were about an inch from hitting the door. I’m only 5’9”.
