Only one person was bright and breezy . All other staff , both male and female were unhappy . No greetings when in the foyer . The men sitting at the front desk had no interest in acknowledging people let alone greeting people .was very clean but bathroom towels need upgrading and better washing suds need . Towels worn , grey in colour and far to small in size

Location was very convenient because it was less than 10 minutes walk to my mother's flat who i was visiting. There are abundant restaurants of almost every region. Transportation iis almost by the doorstep. If you're looking for luxury, not the right place. But if you're visiting family around that area, then look no further. The rooms are small compared to American standard. There's no microwave, which would have been great. Room was clean. Its a busy and vibrant area.

Very noisy room due to main road traffic. Thought I was staying with single glazed windows. No food available on arrival or at breakfast. The rest was ok for the price though but unlikely to stay again.

Stayed here a few times - its great for the money. Its not as good as a premier inn - but comes close - everything is as it needs to be - but rooms do look like they need a refresh. Location is a little off - however bus pretty much outside takes you anywhere - so id recommend here if your not looking for something fantastic

The pictures of this property did not show the real hotel. The rooms were not nearly as nice as shown. The ac did not work and we did not get a good sleep, woke up wet with damp sheets. On our last night the staff moved us to another room with working ac. From what we read about this hotel, we thought we were much closer to the Tower bridge. In fact, we had to cab because it was actually 3 miles. We did walk it once but it is a long way for seniors.
