Hotel is in an excellent location for underground and trains at Euston. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Second visit and would return again.

CONS: My first room had no soundproofing (noise coming in from windows). The staff quickly moved me - very understanding and efficient. There is only one slow lift PROS: Clean rooms excellent breakfast ! very helpful staff

Great location next to the Euston Square undergroind station! Be aware that the frosted glass in the bathroom leaves little to the imagination as you see much more than the outline of the person using it. Make sure you are VERY comfortable with the person you are sharing your room with! Check in has you use an app to access your room key, which was cumbersome for me but I'm sure it works well for others.

Very disappointing Apon arrival was greeted coldly by a female staff member told me to download a app for the key which wasnt working offered no help, after clearly seeing me struggle told me there was wifi to connect to which there was so signal then huffed and gave me a room key, Apon entering the room first inpressions were nice although the room is very small that was until i turned the light on.... the walls were all very scuffed everywhere! window sills dirty and marked up, bad damp coming through the wall around the window with black mould coming though. Both the blinds on the windows were broken, poor finish on the decor looked very tacky! Give the bed its due it was very comfy and the duvet was thick this was obviously the most important part of the room! Air con and heating was a bounus! And def needed it as the room was freezing without it. Bonus tea and coffee to There was one plug for the whole room which was a pain when 2 people getting ready. WIFI didnt work at all! The bathroom... black mould every where in the shower, shower leaked water! the panels were dusty and dirty the shower head was think with limescale. In the morning we had no HOT WATER! and had to have cold showers. The toilet and sink was clean though I choose this hotel becaue it looked nice and was across the road to the hospital as i had to go to for a procedure but i was very dissapointed and at nearly 200pound a night was'nt impressed at all tbh
