Plenty of space in rooms and were comfortable, for price amenities were good, residence was quite, they also have affordable laundry in site. Overall I prefer stay here then a motel.

Shouldn’t say sleeps 8, unless only 2 small children per bed. The 4 rooms would be better for only 4 adults due to size of bed. Otherwise everything good, but an ice maker would have been a nice added touch on at least one of the floors:

We had no idea this was basically a dorm room. We entered the room and it was very warm. I called the desk and they said the AC was set for the season and couldn’t be changed. The room, in a non smoking building, reeked of cigar smoke. The desk wasn’t helpful on the least. We paid $150 in different hotel and left. Definitely do not recommend

Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Major stains on the carpet and furniture. Drywall patches, not sanded or painted. I have stayed at FanShaw 2 other occasions and did not have the same experience. Unpresentable is being kind.
