Ok hotel. Nice staff

Hotel was ok. Felt a bit dated in places and a cracked bathroom tiles and needing paint in the bathroom. Overall a fine stay. Breakfast over the road was nice Bed was comfy.

Amazing hotel!

This was a great hotel to stay at! The location is really close to multiple underground and bus stations. The staff were very accommodating and super friendly. The room was cleaned up everyday, which was greatly appreciated and the double room was perfect for two people. Definitely would stay here again if I go to London again!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very generous they allowed me to keep my suitcase there after I checked out for free while I traveled around the city before my flight later that night. Great value for the money!

The first time I’ve had a poor experience in many years with Expedia. What was to be an inexpensive two night stay cost many hundreds of pounds for a tiny room in which the bathroom was too small to get dried in and the toilet seat didn’t fit. I inadvertently booked for the wrong dates and although alerting promptly I was charged for both stays. As such, very poor value. Treat with caution.

The front staff were so kind and helpful. My child had to take medicine that needed to be refrigerated and they kept it safe for us. They were so kind. We had a wonderful stay.

Could have been perfect!

Nice hotel. Clean and modern. I like it. Issues though. My first room assignment smelled of mold. I have asthma, so this is a no-go. Reception was good about moving me, but I arrived early, so there were options. Why not ozone the room, and, better still, find out the source of the damp and fix it! Your new interiors will last a lot longer if you do. Shower is confusing. Took me 10 frustrating minutes to figure out how to use it without either scalding or freezing myself. I have been to hotels all over the world. This was the most confusing shower controller, ever. Also, the floors are slippery when wet in the bathroom. It says so on the sign. What? They are going to get wet, so provide a better, non-slip bathmat. The room temperature regulator is also confusing. Spent a cold night due to this and there were no extra blankets. With a few simple adjustments, this would be a perfect hotel.

Bathroom had stains on the toilet seat, shower mat in the bathroom was not in any better condition, some of the paneling in the bathroom was broken revealing the plywood, and the faucet looked like it may have had rust forming on it. Location was phenomenal though but I've stayed in better well kept hotel rooms in this city, with more space larger bed a view for cheaper.
