Pleasant stay, needs maintenance
Stay was good and affordable . But condition was ok. Staff was very friendly. Parking was available but it was bit hard given the narrow spaces. Rooms and toilets were clean but needs little bit of maintenance
Not the greatest condition, with a tiny shower room, not the best plumbing, but a perfectly adequate bed, in a very convenient location, and the price was incredibly cheap, so for what I paid I was expecting an absolute wreck of a place, but that wasn't the case at all!
The entrance lobby smelled of smoke and stale cooked food but the staff member who met us was welcoming and helpful. He found an iron when asked. The wardrobe door was tricky to close. The bed was comfortable but the wc leaked making the washroom floor wet and consequently my pyjama bottoms had to be changed after using the loo!
The rooms are tiny. The wardobe door was falling off the hinges, no hangers. On suite shower was small and the sink was tiny. Room decor was not good.
Staff were fine.
We only stayed one night, thank God.
The only plus was the 83 bus to Wembley park was right outside on the street.
Love this place.
I stay you here quite a lot as it's close to a client. The staff are extraordinarily good, the bed is always comfy, the location is perfect for food places, shops, public transport etc and always put a smile on my face when I see them as the hotel I'm staying inn for a night or two in the diary.
Family room on ground floor had broken window catch. Wobbly tap in bathroom sink which sent a jet of water down the front of my trousers. 3 guests booked but only 2 towels and 1 mug
Reserved a room on the Expedia website which stated two double beds. Upon arrival told that we only have a room with one double bed and that we would be charged extra to change to the correct room. Receptionist was rude throughout the interaction and would not help to rectify this issue. I would like to give a Zero for Staff & Service for this interaction, however this is not possible.
We have been staying with this hotel for a few months now and 'Mary' has always been accommodating, shame to lose a customer over an interaction like this.

Ok if I need a roof over your head for the night.
Fridge was yellow inside light shades laced in dust squeaky beds broken cupboard loud flushing toilet and the fire alarm went off at half 4 in the morning won't be staying again
