I cannot praise the staff enough, so helpful & informative. The guy on reception, I think his name was Paul, was amazing. We were visiting for Parkrun, which was a stones throw away from the hotel. The hotel offers free parking right outside for blue badge holders, which we weren’t expecting in London. Food was good, hotel room compact but comfy & lovely soft towels. Although there isn’t a TV - who really needs one ? Would highly recommend if you want to do Victoria Dock Parkrun. ❤️🏃♀️
Perfect location for going to the O2 via cable car. Hotel was clean and tidy.
Rooms small but have everything you need, would recommend the complimentary ear plugs though because you do hear your neighbours!

This was our 2nd, and last stay at this hotel unfortunately. The rooms are stifling hot, you have to go down to reception and ask them to turn the air con on in the middle of the night. Even when we did that, they still did not turn it on which resulted in a really uncomfortable stay. We had friends in two other rooms who also had the same horrible stay.

The room was nice but only had one plug socket. Good location near the excel and O2.
I’m always sceptical when a hotel names itself as ‘good’. In this case, I need not have worried - ‘great hotel’ would have worked accurately too. Sure, the rooms are small but so are the prices. Fantastically clean and fresh. Staff are beyond friendly and the whole thing just works brilliantly. It’s not located in my favourite part of London but I had specific reasons to be there - and I was actually surprised how much the area had developed into a place where you could have an interesting stay. The proximity to the new Elizabeth line certainly made staying there convenient too. Good job Good Hotel. I recommend unreservedly!

Ideal location, standard room
The room at the hotel was clean, perfect for what we needed which was a base for the evening after a night at the 02. The location was ideal for this as we just jumped on the cable cars which were on the doorstep.
We chose this hotel to attend O2 arena. Great location, plenty of food spots available. Hotel offers cheaper tickets for cable cars to travel to O2 arena. Very eco friendly. Super unique, it sits on the river! Clever use of limited space. Perfect for our 1 night getaway!
I had a great stay. the hotel is beyond clean and the room was nice and cozy. I would like to give a special shout-out to the reception team. in particular Paul, Adrian , Oscar, and Iram. The customer service was the best part of my stay. they were really lovely, friendly and took good care of me and my partner. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely be returning. 🙏
