Our room was in basement which was clean and tidy. We was unable to close the window so noise from outside into Early hours was testing. Location of hotel excellent walking distance from King’s Cross train station and walking distance into main section of city ( Oxford street ).

No A/C, rooms at the basement terrible with no chance to ventilate it properly and with smoking hotel staff half a meter from your window. No water in a room, you have to ask the reception to bring it. Four star hotel should have such amenity.

Small but perfectly formed

Great " little" hotel just 5 mins walk from Oxford street. Location very good, neighbourhood safe, room was spotless and hotel staff very helpful. Only drawback for me personally, was that the room could have been a little bigger, felt quite cramped at times, but overall very happy. Would stop again, just need a larger room.
