Clean but needs updating.

The room was clean but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade. It was very dated and showed its age. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Staff seemed nice but didnt acknowledge the birthday of one of us despite a prior email from the hotel saying they would make the stay special. No fridge in the room which meant the bottled water in the room was luke warm due to the hot sun shining in all day prior to check in. At night, the door was open and we went straight into the lift without seeing night staff. The lift was not activated by a key so anyone could have accessed the building and various floors. The hall ways and lift need some attention to fix/redecorate etc... The hotel was advertised as 4* but it felt very much like a 3*.

Great hotel

Stayed for one night. Excellent location for our night at the Royal Albert Hall. Hotel was very clean and well presented. Staff were very attentive and we were well looked after.

Beautiful building, friendly staff and very clean but i would say rooms need updating. We were top floor and it was very hot. We were unable to turn radiators down and only had small windows to open, room controlled aircon would make alot of difference. Bathroom was very compact but it all was exceptionally clean. Would stay here again as location is perfect for exploring london.

Beautiful Hotel well situated in London. Walking distance to underground station, tons of restaurants and cafes near by. Room was big and comfy with a nice view. Nice lobby where you can have some tea or drinks. Will def stay again next time.

A true Gem

This hotel is a real gem! Perfect for transport links, so much around the area like restaurants and bars. Close to the royal Albert hall and Kensington gardens. All the staff were so friendly and polite and our room was lovely. We were in room 314 which was right opposite the lift so it was a little noisy but it was absolutely fine as we aren’t light sleepers! We were able to leave our bags there free of charge before our room was ready so we could go out to explore too which was a real plus too. Breakfast was a little pricy for us so we opted for a local cafe. I would definitely stay here again!
