Comfortable, quiet and good location
Lovely hotel in a quiet area, a stone's throw from Victoria. The location was ideal for me as I was meeting up with a friend so I chose it really for that but will definitely stay here again. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the concierge took care of my luggage after I checked out. Check-out was at 12:00 on a Sunday which was great, as no need to hurry. The room was comfortable - I had a standard double. Breakfast plentiful. Looking forward to a return visit!

Nice stay
We enjoyed our visit very much. The atmosphere was very calming and comfortable. The service of both the hotel and restaurant staff was efficient and personable. We have stayed at other London hotels and this one is by far is our favorite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property was in a good location close to many sights and lots of restaurants - getting to our room took some manuevering thru the hallways and the rooms are not big and the tub is quite high getting out of it from a shower.

When you do all over Expedia, is showing that you have breakfast include, but when you ado the check in, they ask you if you would like to upgrade for the breakfast because your reservation do not include this specific service.

We have booked the family room and the photo online was very deceitful. Once we were in the room, we realize there was nowhere to put our suitcases or any luggage. We had to call to the front desk to ask for a luggage rack and had to put the other three large suitcases on furniture in on Which decreased the space we could walk around in. It was the first hotel in two weeks that did not offer water in the lobby. You had to purchase water if you wanted a drink. Another comment about the room is how extremely dark it was in one particular area so we had to leave our door open to the hallway so we could actually see into our luggage, etc. I would warn booking a room in this hotel to make sure you get the exact measurement and ask for a room that has good lighting so you can see how to make your coffee and you can see the things in your luggage, etc. With all this considered, I think it was very overpriced for what we actually were provided with. I will say that the housekeeping staff could not have been nicer. Very hard-working and friendly.
