Turned up after paying on the app. Offered an upgrade, charged us for the whole stay again. Got into the upgraded room - dirty knickers were left in the room and only one towel for both of us. Got to breakfast and wasn’t on the system that we were entitled to breakfast and tried to charge us again.

Lovely stay.
Such a lovely stay, made to feel very welcome and special. Room was very comfortable, we had food in the evening i. The Sounds Cafe which was gorgeous and service good. Close the Marble Arch tube station so if needing to travel around this made it very convenient.

Fantastic 2 night stay
Trip to London with friends for big birthday celebrations. Hotel had sparkling wine and chocolates in our room on arrival with a lovely card and message on the mirror. Very nice touch. Room was a gold king and we had a pull out bed. Very comfortable but a bit of a squeeze with 3 big bags but we managed to make it work for 2 nights and we weren't tripping over anything. Location just around corner from marble arch tube station and Oxford Street is perfect. Both the Luton and Stansted Airport buses stop about a 3 minute walk from the hotel so extremely handy if you want to travel that way. Any staff we met were really friendly and I really liked the extra security of the keycards controlling which lift to get into for all guests. Possibly a thing in other hotels but I haven't seen it before. Would definitely come back highly recommend

The hotel lobby was unbelievably busy - the lift access seemed unnecessarily complicated but the band playing in the bar on Saturday night was really great! Our bedroom was rather small & the bathroom was really tiny with a miniscule sink & only room for one person at a time A leaky shower door (bath mat was absolutely soaking after one shower) & no niceties like a shower cap.

We stayed at the Cumberland Hotel for a celebratory weekend away following our wedding and the hotel exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our check in experience by Ali Mansour was one of the best we have had to date, he was extremely welcoming, professional and accommodating to our needs and gave a great first impression of the hotel. From then on the service from staff in both the main restaurant and breakfast room did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and the live music entertainment in the evening topped it off! The location is central so ideal for those looking to explore london. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back again. Thank you very much Cumberland hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was in a great location, the room was nice and the breakfasts were wonderful. The main lobby and bar area was quite lively with live music most nights. The hotel was formerly a Hard Rock Hotel and that was very evident on the main floor.

Check in staff were very attentive and helpful during the check in process. All staff around hotel were friendly and approachable, especially the door men! Hotel is very clean and well presented. Room was lovely, with a nice personal greeting left for us along with some nice freebies which made our stay extra special. Loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

A nice, modern clean Hotel in a top location for Hyde Park. The Food was also top quality but the Restaurant staff seemed a bit pushed and stressed, and our Bedroom window wasn't very good at keeping the noise out at night time. However we will stay again.
