This hotel is in a convenient location, pricing is reasonable, staff and facilities are excellent. Last but not least the theme and decor are so fun and unique. I highly recommend.
Great Location!
Super proffessional in case of an emergency (fire alarm went off during our stay!)
Breakfast; 2 stations werent sufficient for that many people, coffee was not good.
Sraff were overwhelmed by the crowd in the dining areas so they were trying to avoid new customers.
Fabulous hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a twin room on 8th floor. Everything you would need was there, kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer. We didnt eat there so cant comment on food. Really close to Marble Arch underground.
I am staying at The Cumberland Hotel for four days, and I’m so happy with my choice. On 14th February, I arrived with my mother, who traveled from China for my graduation. We were deeply touched by Janhvi’s warm service. Despite the busy Valentine’s Day and the hotel’s 800-room capacity, she arranged a perfect room and even decorated it with a special message welcoming my mother and congratulating me. It was a heartwarming surprise! The service has been excellent—housekeeping is prompt, the restaurant food is delicious, and all staff are professional. Huge thanks to Janhvi for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very convenient, it's a 1 min walk from the metro station and a 2 min walk from the very vibrant shopping streets.
definitely having the cumberland as my go to hotel whenever im in london.
ps: pillows aren't very comfy to sleep on
This is a really nice hotel in a prime location at a reasonable price by London Standards. However, there were some things that let it down.
The lifts: You can only get access to a lift using your room key card. That’s okay but if 6 lifts three seemed to be inactive and one rarely came. Only one ever went to the floor with the breakfast room. Because the lifts don’t have buttons for floors inside that means you can only use the dismayed lift you have called. Consequently there was always queues and overcrowding in the lifts at breakfast and check out time.
The main bar: The staff need to be trained to look for people who have been waiting to be served and to as a minimum acknowledge their existence. Two nights running I and a number of other people weee left completely I acknowledge while the staff served people who just arrived. If you aren’t standing right in front of the bar staff as they were serving someone’s else you didn’t stand a chance. If did catch there. Eye they would loom away. Very unfriendly.
Breakfast: This is a big hotel and very busy. Yet they couldn’t keep your food and drink options stocked up. Glasses for your fruit juice no, want a fried egg forget it. Want an omelette, join a queue for half an hour. Clearly not enough staff in the kitchens to cope with the volume of visitors
