We were woken up both mornings with drilling and banging. We came back for a nap and still drilling and banging. Apparently they were refurbishing the floor below. Despite calls to reception it continued. They compensated with one morning breakfast!! Will not return seems priority of guests is low on the list.
Our room was very clean and comfortable and a good location. The roof top terrace bar was lovely with great views of the London skyline. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was fairly noisy at night with siren.
We only stayed one night at the end of a long two week, eight country European tour. This hotel was just what we needed. Beautiful, clean, great staff and in a good area.
