The location was perfect! Westminster Abbey is at the end of the block, and most everything else you'll want to see is in easy walking distance. Room was small but clean. The bar/lounge area is great for having a coffee, breakfast or happy hour drinks. The Underground tube and more cafés and bars are also right down the street. Would definitely recommend if staying in Westminster.

The hotel is in a great location with many major attractions nearby. There are many restaurants around and the breakfast was excellent. The room is quite small and hard to put two suitcases in.

The service was excellent but the room I stayed in is lackluster. The room badic and give more like motel instead of hotel. It did not hold up to what was portrayed. I don't know if I'm spoiled by U.S. Standards but I was not feeling this hotel

Great property, walking distance to many of London’s sites. Having the train just down the road was an added bonus and made getting around very easy. The room was very small but we spent most of our time site seeing so this wasn’t a problem for us.

Room was small, but we only used to sleep and shower. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure very good. Location is near Westminster Abbey, we were able to walk to all sightseeing points. Very Close to train station. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

We arrived early and they stored our luggage. The tube station was 5 minutes from the hotel and Westminister Abby was about 8 minutes away. Perfect location. The bed was comfortable and the room larger than expected. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold options. Definitely the best breakfast price I've seen. All day coffee and tea was also a nice touch. I would recommend and definitely stay again if in London.

The location is perfect,the room is very small,I could say it’s the smallest hotel room I ever stayed,Japan is renowned for their hotel room size, but this one overtakes. The carpet in the room is dirty, the area behind the door is turning black like some black mold is going on, although I complained to the front desk, they promised they will send the cleaning lady to clean it, after one week stay, it’s still the same.

Nice hotel but small room

Nice stay, comfortable bed, good AC, and a nice buffet breakfast for 8£ in the building. Only downside is that the room is really small…think dorm room size. Bed was small for a couple that is used to sleeping in a King size. But ok to stay in for 1 night. Bathroom is nice. All is clean. Staff is friendly and hotel is in a super location close to a lot of key sights to see

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Westminster, making it very convenient for exploring London. Rooms are okay, well-designed, clean, and comfortable, with good value for money. Breakfast could be improved as it mainly offers pork options and lacks variety for non-pork eaters.

The location was superb . The bed was against a wall which would necessitate by husband of 81 crawling over me in the middle of the night to go to the washroom. I got so tense i couldn't sleep expecting to be woken up so i ended up in tears. The room couldn't cool enough for the very warm bedding. No tissues(kleenex), no drinking glasses, no phone in the room, no fridge, no coffeee, kettle in room but you could go to the dining room to get free coffee and tea. In the bar we asked for a beer on arrival. They didn't have any. Every morning with music blaring the diningroom was inundated with people, dirty dishes all over every table, had to mention more milk needed for cappuccino machine. After changing rooms the next day, they only put 1 towel and 1 bottle of water in the room knowing there was 2 of us. The next day we mentioned we couldn't access the temperature and fan. She wrote it down but not remedied later in the day. We are now in the basement with no windows and no lift access. After bringing it up again, the person goes to the office to flip a switch to turn it on. So it took 3 days to get a bed that you could get out of and have air conditioning. We were there 5 nights. The location was great. Very close to St James Park underground, Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Rooms, Buckingham Palace. Also very close to Hop On Hop Off Bus.
