The lady Fran or Frans at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She made our stay really nice especially with directions and how to get around on the train. Breakfast was really good. Beautiful hotel and convenient to shops and trains.

I was given a room which was really small, barely any space to keep our luggage and move around for 2 adults and 1 child. Not as clean for a 3 star hotel unsafe toilet. As I mentioned before the room was very small which is really unsafe we bumped our knees and toes to the furniture couple of times. Temperature control was not working had to call the reception to get it fixed, and was a quick fix. Parking is available but you have to pay for it not complimentary.

Clean and comfortable room Restaurant with very limited menu. Breakfast buffet daily was disappointing. Excellent location for public transport, buses, trains, trams etc. Easy to get int central London by train and easy access to and from gatwick airport Walk to shops and restaurants

The staff at the front desk were to busy talking between themselves, one lift out of order, no explanation to where the stairs were. The lift that was in use was being used by the staff (which I understand) but for them to tutt when the guest stop it.
